These Terms & Conditions govern all international trade transactions, wholesale purchases, and FCL container shipments processed through bridgestonetirecenter.asia.

1. B2B Wholesale & Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ)

Our platform operates strictly on a Business-to-Business (B2B) model supplying Full Container Load (FCL) shipments of premium Japanese and Korean tire brands. Retail single-unit purchases are not supported.

2. Quotations, Pricing & Payments

All Proforma Invoices (PI) issued from our Thailand headquarters reflect agreed FOB or CIF pricing terms. Payments are processed securely via verified corporate banking channels (such as Telegraphic Transfer / Letter of Credit) as specified in your contract.

3. Shipping, Inspection & Port Dispatch

Goods are dispatched directly from Laem Chabang Port, Thailand. Pre-shipment inspection reports and fresh DOT production dates are verified before container sealing. Risk of loss passes to the buyer in accordance with agreed Incoterms.

4. Governing Law

Any disputes arising from commercial agreements managed via this website shall be handled under international trade compliance guidelines and applicable jurisdictions.
